A quiet area tucked away at the base of the Lawrence Grassi mountain range,
running along a wildlife corridor and situated high up from downtown; this neighbourhood is popular for both its quiet locale and good value. A mix of both condos, duplexes and single family homes, some higher density zoning to include legal suites, this location offers a good intro into the housing market with mortgage helper options. Another main attraction of this area is the walking trail connecting the neighbourhood to the Quarry Lake day use area, trails and off-leash dog park, the Nordic Centre and downtown.
